WONDERFUL PORK CHOPS 
6-8 pork chops
2 cans celery soup
1 c. dry white wine
1/2 tsp. tarragon, crumbled

Brown pork chops over medium high heat. Place in 10"x15" casserole dish. Add soup and wine to skillet and bring to boil, scraping up bits left by pork chops. Add tarragon. Pour mxiture over pork chops and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until chops and gravy are nicely browned. Serve with rice. Maks a wonderful dish.
