BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 c. onions
2 lb. round steak
1 can consume'
1 c. sour cream

Cut meat into strips or chunks and dip in flour. Then brown in butter, add onion and mushrooms while meat is browning. Add 1 cup water to consume to make 2 cups, add 1 teaspoon salt and pour part of liquid over the meat. Cover, simmer 1 to 2 hours. Keep adding liquid so it doesn't dry out. Then while noodles are cooking, add a cup of sour cream to the meat.
