COLE SLAW 
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 head cabbage, grated (be sure to remove the outer leaves)
1 carrot, peeled

Mix the first 3 ingredients well (make changes according to taste) and set aside. Grate the carrot into the cabbage. Mix sauce with cabbage and carrot. Best if served after it has had some time in the refrigerator.
