MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
4 eggs
2 sticks butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans

Cream together the sugar and butter until light. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Blend until all flour is moistened. Add vanilla, coconut and chopped pecans; fold in thoroughly. Bake in well greased sheet pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and immediately spread top with marshmallow creme.

TOPPING:

2 c. marshmallow creme
1 c. coconut
1 stick butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. pecans
6 tbsp. milk
1 box confectioners' sugar

In saucepan, cook butter, milk and coconut until smooth. Pour over the sifted confectioners' sugar, blend thoroughly. Add nuts. Add marshmallow creme.
