MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 sticks melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
7 oz. marshmallow creme

Beat sugar and eggs together, then add butter, vanilla and cocoa powder. Beat on high for 20 minutes! Mix in flour, coconut and pecans. Pour into greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Immediately upon removal from oven, frost with marshmallow creme. Cool completely, then frost with Fudge Frosting.

FUDGE FROSTING:

1 stick butter
3/4 c. cocoa powder
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners' sugar

Beat above ingredients together until smooth. Frost cake when completely cooled.
