4 lbs. pears 5 lbs. sugar 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple Peel pears. Chop into small pieces. Add to sugar. Drain pineapple and add to pear and sugar mixture. Cook for 20 minutes or until consistency of strained honey. Yield: 4 quarts. |
