PICKLED BEETS 
6 cooked beets, peeled
1 c. vinegar cider
1 c. beet juice
4-6 packets Equal
1 chopped onion
4 whole cloves
1/2 tsp. salt

Place 6 cooked and peeled beet in a jar.

Mix remaining items; pour over beets. Cover and refrigerate 2 days.
