1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 lb. ground beef or sausage, cooked & drained
Pepperoni
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 oz. can chopped, drained mushrooms
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix flour, salt, 1 teaspoon oregano, eggs and milk. Pour into 9"x13" pan sprayed with Pam. Mix tomato sauce and 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano together. Pour over mixture in pan but do not stir. Combine cooked meat, and onion. Layer it and remaining ingredients on top of batter. Mozzarella cheese can be added last. Bake at 425 degrees until crust is golden brown.
