4 pork chops 1 sm. onion 1 sm. can English peas 1 can tomatoes 4 tbsp. rice Salt and pepper four pork chops and brown in small amount of oil. Drain off any excess oil. Place a ring of onion on top of each pork chops. In each ring of onion put one tablespoon dry rice. Pour one can small English peas and one can tomatoes around pork chops. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook until rice is done. (Good dish to cook in electric skillet turned down low while doing other things.) |
