PEPPER SALAD 
1 jar Progresso Pepper Salad
1 pkg. Hormel Pepperoni
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 can ripe olives
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

In bowl, put Pepper Salad (juice too); cut up as small as you can, but do not use food processor. Cut pepperoni into small pieces. Cut ripe olives into fours. Add mushrooms and cheese. Add all together and serve with Triscuits.
