ZUCCHINI CRISP 
CRISP:

5 c. peeled & sliced zucchini
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

6 tbsp. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook zucchini, water, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon in a large pan for 10 minutes. Pour into 8" pan. Mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until brown and bubbly.
