BOSTON CREAM CHEESECAKE 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/3 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. cold water
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Strawberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Prepare cake mix using package directions. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Combine cream cheese, sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla in mixer bowl; beat until well blended. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add sour cream; mix well. Spread over baked layer. Bake for 35 minutes longer. Cool in pan for several minutes.

Loosen cake from rim. Cool completely; remove rim of pan. Bring water to a boil in saucepan. Add chocolate and butter. Cook until melted, stirring frequently. Combine chocolate mixture and confectioners' sugar in mixer bowl; beat well. Add remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla; mix well. Spread over cheesecake. Chill for several hours. Garnish with strawberries. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
