BEST EVER CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can chocolate syrup
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients for cake. Bake in 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool cake.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil first 3 ingredients for frosting for 60 seconds. Add chocolate chips and vanilla. Spread over cake.
