BEST EVER CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c. Mrs. Richardson's butterscotch caramel fudge topping
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
3 Heath bars

Make up cake mix according to directions, baking in a 9 x 13 inch pan. After baked, poke holes with a straw in the cake and drizzle the sweetened condensed milk and caramel topping over hot cake. Refrigerate.

Then frost with 1 1/2 cups whipped cream (whipped and sweetened). Grate 3 Heath bars over whipped cream. Refrigerate.
