BEST OF CHOCOLATE CAKES 
1 pkg. chocolate or sour cream chocolate cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil

Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips together in large mixing bowl until well blended. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees in 10 inch tube pan for 1 hour. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
