MEAT BALLS | |
2 lbs. ground chuck 1 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup 4 slices toasted bread, crumbled 1 egg 1 sm. can tomato paste 1 sm. can tomato sauce 2 sm. cans water 2 tsp. mustard 2 tbsp. brown sugar Combine ground chuck, dry soup, bread crumbs and egg. Roll into balls and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Combine tomato paste, sauce, water, mustard and brown sugar. Cook 10 to 15 minutes. Pour over meat balls. |
