EVER SO ELEGANT BANANA TRIFLE 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. sliced bananas
1 c. sliced strawberries
2 c. 1/2 inch pound cake cubes
1/4 c. orange juice
1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip topping

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cubes to cold water to make 1 1/4 cups. Add to gelatin. Stir until slightly thickened. Remove unmelted ice. Stir in bananas and strawberries. Place cake cubes in large serving bowl. Sprinkle with orange juice. Spoon gelatin mixture over cake cubes. Chill for 15 minutes.

Prepare pudding mix with 1 1/2 cups milk. Let stand few minutes to thicken. Fold in whipped topping (Cool Whip). Spoon into bowl over gelatin. Chill. Garnish. 10 servings.
