MARINATED CHICKEN 
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2-1 tsp. ground garlic

Mix together. Place 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in marinate overnight. Be sure chicken is covered by liquid. Be sure to turn chicken over frequently. Best grilled or broiled.
