CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2 tubes Ritz crackers, crushed 2 sticks butter, melted 2 tbsp. poppy seeds 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 cooked chicken, cut up or 6-8 chicken breasts, cubed Mix cracker crumbs and poppy seeds. Remove 1 cup to be used for topping. Add butter to remaining crumbs and press into a baking dish. Mix soup, sour cream and chicken. Add to crumb mixture. Cover with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. |
