PEPPERS AND ONIONS 
3-4 good size peppers
1 lg. onion
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1/4 tbsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tbsp. parsley
Dash of hot sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 c. cooking oil

Wash and cut up peppers to bite size. Cut up onion same size. Saute in large frying pan with oil. Add seasoning, 1 can tomato sauce, and 1/2 can water. Cook for 30 minutes or until all ingredients are done. Can be served on hard rolls or as side vegetable dish. Serves 6.
