STUFFED ONIONS 
4 lg. white onions
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 can tomato soup
1 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms

Peel and clean onions; cut off root and top ends. Pull onions apart being careful to leave rings intact. Set aside. Small inside onion pieces may be used for 1/2 cup chopped onion.

Crumble ground beef mixture into 2 quart mixer bowl; add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly. Carefully stuff mixture into each onion ring. Place in 2 quart baking dish and bake 325 degree oven approximately 1 hour.
