MINTS 
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. McCormick's Pure Mint & Peppermint extract (be sure it has the peppermint on the label too)
Food coloring, as desired (make different colors if you wish
1 stick butter, softened

Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend well. Put the mixture in a candy mold, flip the mints out and dry on one side for an hour. Flip them over and dry the other side. If you have no candy mold, shape the mixture into small balls, press down with fork tines and dry on each side. Store in a glass jar or sealed plastic container. Makes 75 mints.
