BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/2 stick butter
2 lg. minced onions
Stalk of celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 can mushroom soup
1 lg. can mushrooms, drained
8 oz. cheddar cheese
3 pkgs. frozen or fresh broccoli or cauliflower

Melt butter, saute onions, celery and garlic. Blanch fresh broccoli (thaw and drain frozen); set aside. Add soup, mushrooms and cheese. Heat until cheese is melted. Layer broccoli and cheese mixture. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
