POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
3 chicken breasts, boned and cubed

SAUCE:

1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup

TOPPING:

2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick melted butter
Poppy seeds

Saute chicken in skillet in oil. When browned, put into 9x13 inch casserole.

In same skillet where you browned the chicken, place sour cram and soup. Mix together over medium heat until saucy and hot. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Pour over chicken.

In bowl place crushed crackers, poppy seeds to taste and pour melted butter over and mix. Place over sauce. Bake 350 degrees, 30-45 minutes.
