POPPY SEED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
8 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter
1 1/2 stacks crushed Ritz crackers
16 oz. sour cream
Salt
Pepper
3 tbsp. poppy seeds

Cook and debone chicken. Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix together cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Spread on top of chicken. Melt butter and mix with poppy seeds and Ritz crackers. Sprinkle on top of soup layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
