POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cooked & chopped
1 sm. sour cream
1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. poppy seed

Place chicken in casserole dish. Mix together sour cream and soup, spreading on top of chicken. Mix crackers and melted butter and spread on top of soup and sour cream mixture, ending with topping of poppy seed. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly.
