POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
5 chicken breasts, deboned
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stack Ritz crackers
Poppy seed
1 stick butter

Cook and debone chicken breasts. Mix all ingredients except crackers, poppy seed and butter. Place in casserole. Sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers and then poppy seed. Melt butter and drizzle over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
