POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts, deboned
3 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 pt. sour cream
3 cans of cream of chicken soup
3/4 lb. butter
3 sleeves of Ritz crackers

Boil chicken until tender, debone. Put in 13 x 9 inch pan. Heat sour cream, cream of chicken soup and poppy seeds. Pour over chicken. Melt butter, crush Ritz crackers into melted butter. Make a topping with the buttered Ritz, press over the entire top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
