CHICKEN SUPREME 
1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked (I use the lg. bag size)
2 c. coarsely cut stewed chicken
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 box seasoned croutons
Parmesan cheese

Place peas in a buttered casserole dish. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, soup contents, and curry powder. Add the chicken and stir well. Pour this mixture over the peas. Top with buttered croutons. Bake at 400 degrees until it bubbles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
