CHICKEN - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 c. sliced chicken, cooked
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
Shredded cheese, if desired
Croutons

SAUCE:

2 cans cream of chicken or celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. (or more) lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder (if desired)

Place broccoli in buttered casserole. Place chicken over broccoli. Place cheese over (if desired). Cover with sauce made of soups, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder, diluted with milk if it seems too thick. Cover with a layer of croutons or other crumbs (crushed potato chips). Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
