CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 tsp. curry powder
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts
1 c. mayonnaise
8-12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Croutons (for topping), approx. 1 c.

Boil chicken and remove from bones and cut in chunks. (Cook like cooking for chicken salad with bay leaf, onion and celery.) Cook broccoli about half way. Mix all ingredients together. Coat large glass oven dish with Pam spray. Add chicken mixture. Top with croutons (enough to cover top). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
