BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 c. herb seasoned croutons
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
4 oz. process American cheese, cubed
1 can (19 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery of chicken soup

Toss croutons with melted butter and set aside. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain. Mix cheese and soup in saucepan, heat over low heat (200 to 225 degrees) until cheese is melted. Combine broccoli with cheese sauce. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole, sprinkle with croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
