BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked, chopped broccoli
1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. undiluted cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom
soup
2 oz. pasteurized process cheese (Cheez Whiz)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook rice and broccoli separately in lightly salted water. Use as little water as possible to conserve vitamins. Mix broccoli, rice, soup, and Cheez Whiz together. Season to taste. Put mixture into individual casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Yield: 2 servings.
