PEANUT BUTTER CREAM PIE 
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 heaping tbsp. sugar
2 c. milk
1/3 c. peanut butter
Lump of butter (egg size)
3 egg yolks (well beaten)
1 tsp. vanilla
Speck of salt
1 baked pie crust

Scald milk. Mix sugar and cornstarch then add to scalded milk. Cook until thick. Add beaten egg yolks and peanut butter and vanilla; mix well. Pour into baked pie crust. Cool. Top with meringue and brown or you may top with whipped topping.
