PEANUT BUTTER CREAM PIE 
3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
3/4 c. peanut butter (creamy)
1/2 c. granulated sugar
3 heaping tbsp. cornstarch
3 slightly beaten egg yolks
2 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked and cooled

In medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Gradually add eggs and milk. Stir constantly over medium heat until thick. With mixer beat in the peanut butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Pour in pie crust.
