PEANUT BUTTER CREAM PIE 
CRUST:

2 c. ground Oreo cookies
1/4 c. melted butter

TOPPING:

4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. salad oil

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. vanilla

Crust: Mix ground Oreo's with butter, line a pie shell.

Filling: Whip softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar, peanut butter and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Set aside. Whip whipping cream and vanilla until firm. Mix together with peanut butter mixture and fill crust. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours.

Topping: Combine chocolate, oil and butter in top of double boiler until chocolate is melted. Spread on top of pie. Best cut with steak knife. Topping can be made in microwave at 50% power, stirring frequently.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
