CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 
FILLING:

1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. 4X sugar

FROSTING:

1 c. 4X sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 oz. cream cheese
1 to 2 tbsp. milk

COOKIE DOUGH:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
6 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder

Combine peanut butter and powdered sugar and chill. Cream brown sugar, sugar, butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla and egg. Add flour, cocoa and baking powder. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet.

With thumb, make imprint in center of each cookie. Fill with 1 teaspoon filling. Bring dough up to cover filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 12 minutes. Cool completely. Frost.
