PISTACHIO SALAD | |
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 sm. sugar-free instant pistachio pudding 1 lg. lowfat cottage cheese 12 oz. plain yogurt 1/2 c. lite Cool Whip Drain off juice of crushed pineapple. Mix all the rest of the ingredients together and chill. I substitute low-cal fruit cocktail for the crushed pineapple. A good weight watcher's recipe. |
