2 eggs, separated 1 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 3/4 c. flour 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt Lightly brush waffle grids with oil. Preheat before mixing. In small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Set aside. In large bowl beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored; continue beating adding milk and oil. Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour 1 cup batter onto preheated griddle. Bake until golden, 5 minutes. |
