FRUIT PIZZA 
1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

2 c. fruit juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Spray pizza pan with Pam and press cookie dough into it. Bake according to package directions until brown. Cool.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla - spread over cookie. Arrange any fruit you like in circles around the pizza. Canned pineapple and mandarin oranges can be used reserving juice for topping - strawberries, bananas, kiwi are also good.

Combine fruit juice, lemon juice and cornstarch in saucepan. Cook until thickened and pour over fruit.
