QUICK PIZZA CASSEROLE 
3/4 lb. ground beef
8 oz. macaroni
12 oz. jar pizza or spaghetti sauce
8 oz. cottage cheese
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 oz. sliced pepperoni, cut in half
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and drain macaroni. Cook and drain ground beef. In a 2-quart casserole combine everything but Parmesan cheese. Blend well; sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serves 6 at 3/4 cup each. 350 calories per serving.
