QUICK PIZZA CASSEROLE 
6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) elbow macaroni
8 oz. jar pizza or spaghetti sauce
8 oz. cottage cheese
4 oz. shredded mozzarella
4 oz. sliced pepperoni (cut in half)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni as directed, drain. Combine all other ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Blend well. Place in a 2 quart casserole and sprinkle with cheese; cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
