PIZZA PASTA CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
10 stuffed green or black olives, sliced
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) can pizza sauce
6 oz. med. egg noodles (2 1/2 c. uncooked)
1/3 c. low fat milk
1/2 c. sliced pepperoni
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella & grated Parmesan
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. oregano

Brown beef and drain. Stir in onions to saute. Stir in olives, mushrooms and spices. In large saucepan, cook noodles and drain. Combine with remaining ingredients, reserving 1/3 of Mozzarella and Parmesan. Stir meat mixture into noodle mixture. Transfer to 2 (1 quart) baking dishes. Sprinkle Mozzarella and enough Parmesan cheese to lightly cover tops. Cover tightly to freeze. Bake the other casserole at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
