“MOIST BANANA BREAD” IS IN:

MOIST BANANA BREAD 
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups flour
3 large very ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Blend together sugar, butter, and eggs. Add dry ingredients, which have been sifted together. Add mashed bananas, chopped nuts (if using), and vanilla extract. Pour into a greased loaf pan.

Bake at 375°F degrees for 1 hour.

Brush top with melted butter or glaze with confectioners icing, if desired, while loaf is still warm.

I only had 2 large bananas so I added 1/2 cup of Greek Vanilla Yogurt, orange extract (instead of vanilla) and a little cinnamon. WOWEE!

I made this wonderful banana bread today, but actually increased the amount of banana by 1 and omitted the baking powder. It turned out fantastic, Very moist and delicious.

Definitely a keeper. Baked this with my 12 year old daughter and it turned out so yummy and moist. I adjusted sugar to 1 cup and baked it in 9x9 pan at 350°F, which only took me 35 minutes. Try it, you won't have any regrets ;-)

Yummy! I made two batches. One I added shaved almonds and lightly dusted the top with brown sugar! The other one I used coconut oil instead of butter and I added coconut shavings and shaved dark chocolate... then topped it with the coconut shaving, chocolate shavings, and cinnamon! Turned out wonderful :)

Do it! Super tasty, very moist, and easy to make. Added cinnamon and pecans. Baked to perfection in 45 minutes in a loaf pan. As suggested in previous reviews, watch your baking time.

I LOVE this recipe!! I added 1/4 tsp of lemon extract/oil to mine and added two layers of thinly sliced fresh pineapple in between the batter. The results were wonderful!
