MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
6- Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can unsweetened frozen orange juice, thawed
1 can condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained

Crush crackers finely and add melted butter and sugar to them. Press mixture firmly into 9x13x2 inch dish. Reserve some crumb mixture for garnish.

Blend thawed orange juice and condensed milk. Stir in Cool Whip and mandarin oranges. Fold in. Do not beat. Pour mixture over crumb crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate or freeze until serving time.
