COCONUT MACAROONS 
12 oz. candied pineapple (6 rings)
8 oz. candied cherries
1 lb. chopped pecans (4 c.)
14 oz. Angel Flake Coconut
2 cans condensed milk
6 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. vanilla

Mix together top ingredients. Blend all ingredients well. Spoon into well greased mini muffin tins (teflon coated only). Bake at 300 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes and remove immediately after they are taken out of the oven. Let cool before moving.
