CHINESE SPAGHETTI | |
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Vermicelli 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper 1/4 c. salad oil 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms 6 green onions (sliced) 1 lg. carrot (shredded) 1 green pepper 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. sugar Prepare Vermicelli. Cook mushrooms, green onions, green pepper and carrot in hot oil until tender. Spoon mixture in Vermicelli. Add soy sauce, sugar and crushed red pepper. Toss gently. |
