BEANS AU GRATIN | |
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen yellow wax beans 1/2 c. butter 1/4 c. flour 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce 2 c. milk 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese Cook beans separately according to package directions until tender crisp. Mix and arrange in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Melt 1/2 cup butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce. Add milk; cook and stir until thickened, put over beans. Sprinkle with cheese, dot with remaining butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. |
