LUSCIOUS CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
3 (4 1/2 oz.) plain milk chocolate bars, broken in pieces
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
4 1/2 c. sugar
Few grains salt
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk (1 2/3 c.)
2 tsp. BLAIR vanilla flavoring
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Combine sugar, salt and milk in a heavy saucepan; stir until thoroughly blended. Bring to boiling over medium heat and boil 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

IMMEDIATELY pour boiling mixture over chocolate and marshmallow mixture in a bowl and beat until thoroughly blended and creamy. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour fudge into buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and let stand for about 2 hours. Cut into 1 inch squares. Makes about 5 pounds.
