LUSCIOUS CHOCOLATE CHEESE PIE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
4 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
Dash salt
3 eggs, room temperature
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 blocks (2 oz.) unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and the melted butter in small mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly onto bottom and up side of 9 inch pie pan. Chill.

Beat cream cheese in small mixer bowl until light and fluffy; gradually add 1 1/4 cups sugar and the salt. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and the melted chocolate until completely blended. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until center is almost set. Remove from oven; cool 1 hour.

Blend sour cream, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in small mixing bowl. Spread over top of cooled pie. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Cover; chill until firm.
